Norwegian Cruise Line’s newest and largest cruise ship, Norwegian Encore, was christened this evening at the Cruise Capital of the World, PortMiami.
GRAMMY Award-winning artist and superstar Kelly Clarkson served as the godmother of Norwegian Cruise Line’s 17th ship.
Norwegian Encore is the final Breakaway class ship from Norwegian and the cruise line’s 4th Breakaway Plus class vessel. The cruise ship features 29 dining and drink venues and has the longest go-kart track at sea at over 1,100 feet long. View Prices on Cruises on Norwegian Encore

In addition to featuring many of the highly rated restaurants and lounges that have made the Breakaway Plus class one of the most innovative and successful in the company’s history, Norwegian Encore debuts a new elevated Italian dining experience, Onda by Scarpetta, in collaboration with LDV Hospitality.

The Tony Award-winning musical, “Kinky Boots” headlines the world-class entertainment on board, with returning guest favorites “The Choir of Man,” “Happy Hour Prohibition: The Musical” and the rocking Beatles cover band of The Cavern Club.
Norwegian Encore will offer seven night cruises to the Caribbean from Miami. The cruise ship will move to New York in the Summer of 2020 and sail to Alaska in 2021.
