  1. Perhaps now they can focus on fixing the website so we can use the iPad & iPhone to search cruises. Called the customer service to say it is impossible to search the website as it freezes with these devices and was told that they are aware of this problem and have been working to fix it . They confirmed that the IT group has been working on it for several months without success!!!

Not sure why the senior executives have not followed up to make this happen faster based on the number of negative comments on social media. Perhaps they could hire some of the IT folks from the competition who obviously know how to build a website that works with Apple products…sad!!!

  2. Trust me the Hub sucks big time pay $5 per device half the time there is no internet connection total waste of money and time!

  3. The only ship that has the picture view/purchase function is Vista, and I’m assuming Horizon once it sets sail.

  4. I am confused about the use of the HUB app. Do you need to pay for an internet connection on the ship to use this app?

    • No its free, but if you want to add the feature to text your friends/family on board you can click a button and it charges your acct $5 per device.

    • No, you go into airplane mode after which you will see the Carnival ship wifi that you connect to. That is the only way the Hub App will work

    • No. I was on the Carnival Breeze in March, 2017 and did not have to pay for an Internet connection to use the HUB app.
