National Cruise Week is here and cruise lines are offering great deals in what is being called the “World’s Largest Cruise Sale” from October 21-25, 2013. CLIA (Cruise Lines International Association) has declared October National Cruise Month and is now being regarded as the best time of the year to book a cruise.
