8 Must See Features on MSC Divina

After spending a few days aboard MSC Divina, there’s little doubt Divina is one of the most beautiful ships at sea. MSC Divina currently sails to the Caribbean from the cruise capital of the World, PortMiami.  Here are eight must see features of MSC Divina.

Piazza Del Doge – One of my favorite areas of not just MSC Divina, but on any ship I have ever sailed on.  Piazza Del Doge is a great place to grab some coffee or gelato. It’s the next best thing to sitting in a cafe in Italy under the stairs.

Pantheon Theatre – This beautiful 1,300 sea theatre hosts some of the best entertainment at sea including the award winning show “The Witches of Paris”.

Indoor/Outdoor Pool – One of three main pools on the ship, the indoor/outdoor pool has 3 hot tubs and is perfect for when the weather doesn’t cooperate.

Swarovski Crystal Staircases/Atrium – The atrium is the social hub of a ship and there’s no better photo opportunity on MSC Divina or any cruise ship than the four Swarovski crystal staircases in the ship’s atrium. The 100 steps contain over $300,000 worth of crystals.

F1 Simulator – Do you have what it takes to drive a Formula 1 race car? Then you’ll love this simulator on MSC Divina.

Casino Staircase – Feel like royalty as you enter the casino on this gorgeous staircase. As an added bonus, the casino is 100% smoke free.

Aft Infinity Pool – The best views on the ship can be found at the aft infinity pool.

4D Cinema – With several different “rides” to choose from, the 4d cinema provides fun for all ages.

Honorable mention: I can’t write about MSC Divina without including Caffe Italia. The coffee selection is nothing short of divine and it is by far one of the best coffee shops at sea.

  1. It is a beautiful ship. Entertainment was excellent. Food in MDR was very good, had to order more than one entree as portions were ridiculously small. Buffet was horrendous, food left out way to long, tables a mess, hard to find edible food and when and if you do, no clean place to eat it.

Still have major issues with the fact they allow babies in diapers in the pool. Several crew members queried on this, including someone in uniform and it is allowed. I have never seen this on any other cruise line.

  2. It`s the most beautiful ship we have cruised. Layed back dining style fits us. Not being rushed is wonderful. Entertainment(except for opera night) was the best. Will be doing other cruises on her.
