The most anticipated new cruise ship of 2016, Carnival Vista, is 75 days away from welcoming passengers on board and a few more updates about the ship have been released (thanks to John Heald). Carnival Vista will be Carnival Cruise Line’s 25th cruise ship in their fleet.
There is good news for those that wanted sail on the sold out maiden voyage on Carnival Vista. A few cabins have opened up on the maiden voyage that departs on May 1, 2016. There are currently a few inside, oceanview, and balcony cabins available. The super saver rates start at $1,019 for the 13 night cruise that departs out of Trieste, Italy. Port stops include Dubrovnik, Athens, Ephesus, Crete, Malta, Palermo (Sicily), Rome, Livorno (Florence & Pisa), and Barcelona.

Reservations can now be made for the steakhouse and Chef’s Table. To make reservations, send your requests to the steakhouse manager Polina at [email protected].
John Heald also cleared up questions about the doors for those who have Havana Cabins with patios. The door unlocks/opens from the outside with your cabin key card. Inside guests use a switch that is located by the door to unlock. Below is a photo of the Havana Cabins that come with an outdoor patio.
Cruise Fever will have all updates on Carnival Vista as they are announced.
